Casting Whispers

Sound as Your Only Tool in Casting Whispers

Casting Whispers thrusts players into a gripping first-person psychological horror narrative. Set in the eerie backdrop of Corburgh, Connecticut, during the tumultuous 1960s, the game relies heavily on sound to manipulate tension and ambiguity. As Victoria, a lab assistant venturing into the supernatural, your mission is to uncover the dark truths enveloping your mentor's disappearance. Each audio cue becomes crucial, amplifying the horror lurking in shadows and silence.

A City with a Haunted Past

Corburgh is steeped in urban legends and haunted memories, a fitting landscape for a horror tale. The game’s setting draws from both Americana and Lovecraftian influences, enriching its atmosphere. It's a decaying industrial town where past sins echo through abandoned buildings and endless alleys. Players must navigate this haunting environment, piecing together clues that may lead to salvation, or doom.
