CARTEL SIMULATOR

Cartel management

CARTEL SIMULATOR is a PC game about running a criminal empire. You hire and upgrade employees, recruit chemists to develop drugs, and sell those drugs while dealing with rival factions and raids.

Employees and choices

Employees can uncover traitors and spies inside your organization, but you decide what to do when someone is captured, steals from you, or complains about bonuses. You can rescue a captured employee or fire them, overlook theft or punish it, and try to build rapport or ignore complaints. Upgrades can make employees more effective, but overwork can kill them.
