Broke to Broker is a PC real estate career sim about building a business while managing the rest of your life. You plan each week in half-hour blocks, fitting in discovery calls, viewings, negotiations, area research, exercise and time with people close to you. Once time starts running, clients reschedule, viewings fall through and sellers call late at night. An hour spent on one task is an hour you can't spend on another.

Clients and deals

Clients have different needs, and finding the real one takes questions. A relocating dad asks for a sea view, but his daughter's school in Hillside matters more. A retired couple can't manage stairs and need to sell their flat before buying another home. You build shortlists, negotiate prices and decide whether to point out a flat above a loud bar. A deal can still fall apart at the last step because of a survey, a low valuation, cold feet or a higher bid.
