Boomside is a PC roguelike built around Minesweeper. You look for mines, but the goal isn’t to clear the board without hitting any: you score points while avoiding mines.

Scoring and multipliers

Squares that score points also give hints like the ones Minesweeper uses to indicate mines. The game is being built around different ways to score, with multiplier squares that can help your score snowball. Its planned release is in Q1 2027.
