Bio Inc. Classic is a strategy simulation game where you act as a disease creator. Your goal is to develop a plague by upgrading various diseases, boosting risk factors, and hindering a victim's recovery while a team of doctors attempts to find a cure and save them. The game requires you to manage resources and make strategic decisions that influence the progression and outcome of each stage.

Stages and gameplay

The game consists of 18 stages, each offering different gameplay experiences and challenges. As you progress, you will encounter over 100 realistic biomedical conditions that can affect your victim, requiring careful planning and adaptation to exploit weaknesses in their health. Real-time human body degradation adds a level of urgency to your decisions, as you must balance your offensive strategies with the need to outpace the doctors working to save the patient.
