Premise and objective

BID: Blood Is Due is a PC game that combines elements of card and dice-based gambling with a narrative about four desperate individuals seeking money. Players control one of four characters: Daniel, Hana, Amara, or Elias, each with their own distinct endings based on choices made throughout the game. The objective is to navigate through various games of chance, facing off against unique dealers who each present their own rules and challenges.

Game mechanics

Players engage in four different games against various dealers. Dr. Birdie offers a variant of Blackjack, Ms. Marigold runs an auction game, Girl B features a twist on Chinchirorin (a Japanese dice game), and Vespera challenges players with a Hi-Lo game. Success in these games requires understanding not only the mechanics but also the psychology of the opponents.
