Asharven

Asharven and the Night of Ash

Asharven is a PC fantasy RPG set 120 years after a failed ritual burned the capital and left the dead restless. Survivors built Vessakor around the Mother Hearth, a fire that keeps the dead asleep. As it weakens, graveyard stones stir and strangers arrive at the South Gate. You play an Emberbound, whose soul returns to the hearth after death, but whose gear does not.

Skills and equipment

There are no classes. Twenty-two skills cover gathering, crafting, combat and magic, and each improves with use and has its own mastery tree. Gear ranges from T1 to T8, with no set bonuses. Armor appearances come from items you find, craft or take from fallen players.
