Operators and monsters

Area: Zero is a sci-fi multiplayer game set on a space station, where players take the role of operators or monsters. As an operator, you work with others to complete tasks around the map while avoiding a bloodthirsty monster. The game has eight operators working together and two monsters, which are also controlled by players.

Tasks and the station

Operators complete quests placed around large maps. The quests are randomly generated, so the tasks change between runs. Players can also alter the map’s layout in real time, including disconnecting part of the space station.
