Above the Tideline

Game overview

Above the Tideline is a simulation game set in Norway during April 1945, at the tail end of World War II. You play as Håkon, the keeper of a lighthouse on a small island called Ravnholmen, which is occupied by German forces. The game focuses on survival, resource management, and family dynamics, as you manage your family's daily tasks while navigating external threats from the occupation.

Daily tasks

In the game, you must assign tasks to family members: fishing off the jetty, gathering driftwood, repairing the lighthouse, and caring for the sick. The work is affected by weather and tide, influencing what tasks can be completed each day. You must balance the physical needs of your family with the requirements for maintaining the lighthouse.
