1,000 Heads Among the Trees

Explore a Peruvian Desert Town in 1,000 Heads Among the Trees

1,000 Heads Among the Trees invites players to wander through a quiet Peruvian desert town steeped in mystery. Set at night, the game centers on your quest to find spirits and capture their essence through photography. The narrative draws from real experiences with a brujo in Cachiche, a town notorious for its witchcraft history. As you delve deeper, intriguing interactions with locals reveal haunting secrets of their lives.

Photographic Conversations Enhance Gameplay

In this PC title, photography serves as a crucial communication tool. You engage with non-player characters (NPCs) by sharing photos, leading to their free associations and interpretations. Each image you capture is not merely a snapshot but a portal into the characters’ thoughts and feelings. This interplay transforms your role from an observer to a narrator in their stories, enriching interactions within the primary gameplay loop.
