War for the Overworld: The Under Games

Tournament mode and campaign structure

The Under Games is a DLC for War for the Overworld that adds a seven-level campaign focused on a tournament format. In this new campaign, players engage in a knockout-style competition against various AI opponents. Each level is designed to be replayable and offers a mix of scenarios that harken back to classic dungeon management gameplay.

New characters

This DLC introduces three new Underlords: Shale, who is described as bestial and explosive; Volta, characterized as stoic and steam-powered; and Lamash, the rotting reaper. If you own the Heart of Gold DLC, you can also play as Kasita, a gold-digger. Each Underlord has distinct personalities and gameplay styles, powered by specific traits and unique minions.
