What it is

War for the Overworld: Crucible is a free DLC for the base game, specifically adding a survival mode. In this mode, players face off against Mendechaus, an evil mentor, along with his relentless wave of minions. The objective is to survive as long as possible while being challenged by this enemy and top the global leaderboards.

New levels and challenges

The Crucible mode introduces six new levels designed to test player skills. There are two distinct challenges available, each varying in intensity, described as scalding and incinerating. Players can aim to achieve high scores on leaderboards that track performance across these maps and challenges.
