ABOUT THIS GAME

Discover the Power of the DDA40X in Train Simulator

The Union Pacific DDA40X Centennial Loco Add-On is a formidable addition to Train Simulator Classic. This DLC enhances your gaming experience with one of the most powerful locomotives ever conceived, the EMD DDA40X. At 6,600 horsepower and stretching 98 feet, this locomotive isn't just about numbers. It's a statement on the rails.

Journey Through Historical Excellence

Introduced in 1969 as a response to shifting technology, the DDA40X was designed to replace older gas turbine engines while also experimenting with innovative diesel systems. The "X" denotes its experimental nature, and this model also serves as a test bed for future EMD locomotives. Players can appreciate the rich history of this engineering marvel as they navigate it through various routes.
