Clash of Crests - Eaters of the Dead

Six-chapter campaign

Clash of Crests - Eaters of the Dead is DLC for Clash of Crests that adds a six-chapter campaign following Ahmed ibn Fahdlan and a band of Northmen. Bound by a seeress’s prophecy to join thirteen warriors, Ahmed follows Buliwyf’s heroes into a war against men by day and the wendol by night.

The chapters move from a Norse trading camp on the Volga to a dying king’s hall. Battles include defending against attacks at night, fighting burning shapes on a hillside, and facing ambushes on the trail to the wendol’s cave. The campaign ends in the cave’s ritual hall, where the drums stop and the king dies.
