Bà Triệu: Vietnam's Strategic Leader

As Vietnam's leader, Bà Triệu commands her civilization using the "Nine Dragon River Delta" unique ability. This ability allows land specialty districts to be constructed solely on Rainforest, Marsh, or Woods tiles, granting additional Science, Culture, or Production, depending on the terrain type. This geographical strategy encourages players to adapt their building placement and district planning, capitalizing on Vietnam's natural landscape to enhance their civilization's growth.
